Refund Policy

We offer a guarantee varying from 2 to 5 years depending on the product. The guarantee is effective when a fault occurs and when there is no sign of abuse or incorrect use.

In the case of an item being faulty, we will rectify this in the fastest time possible by supplying replacement parts, collecting the item for repair or to replace the entire item. The most suitable and cost effective option will be used.

 

All discrepancies must be notified within 24 hours of receipt.  In the event of any discrepancy or fault with any item, please notify us by emailing: sales@chillifurniture.co.uk .
